Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers at their arrival and throughout transaction
• Adapt to cash register and point of sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized front of store work-space
• Share your skill-set with our team of designers and gardeners

Full- and Part-Time Position: Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers throughout their shopping experience
• Adapt to our distinct design and visual merchandising style
• Maintain a clean and organized design work-space

Part Time Position: Stock & Customer Carry Out

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload and water plants
• Restock and organize store products
• Customer carry-out assistance & cart return
• Assist with store opening and/or closing (depending on shift)

Requirements:

• Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• After school and weekend availability

Full Time Position: Landscape Designer

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill customer consultations and maintain design-to-project schedule
• Design and recommend plants based on customer concept and budget
• Lead a team to accomplish a common goal
• Create distinguished final product with superior customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design or a similar field
• Previous experience with residential and/or commercial landscape design
• Superior plant knowledge with enhanced problem solving skills
• Ability to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude and customer service oriented

Full Time Position: Landscape Foreman & Crew Leader

• Operate large machinery for landscape jobs
• Install trees and shrubs, mulch and other landscape, hardscape and lawn maintenance duties
• Promote a positive, safe work environment for fellow team members
• Work closely with and lead a team to accomplish a common goal
• Create distinguished final product with superior customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• 2-5 years previous landscape experience (installing plants, mulching and lawn maintenance)
• Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented

Part Time Position: Gardener & Plant Sales

• Stock and maintain annual and perennial flowering plants, houseplants and store products
• Assist in customer sales (landscaping, horticulture or basic plant knowledge a plus)
• Create a welcoming, positive environment for our customers
• Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
