Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on merchandise. Once you reach 250 points, you may redeem them for $5 off your purchase, up to a maximum of $40 off one purchase (2000 points).
You may use points for partial payment or full payment, provided you have enough points to cover the purchase price, up to the maximum redemption allowed per transaction, beginning with $5 (250 point) minimum. Points cannot be redeemed for labor on landscape jobs, delivery and installation, gift certificates, shed items, classes, or custom pieces. The loyalty program is not open to employees or landscape contractors.
Other exclusions may apply.
Customers are responsible for all taxes on purchases paid for with points. Points are earned on all purchases of merchandise and labor. Points are not earned on the purchase of gift certificates. Points are not earned on Tax.
Points are reduced for returns.
To enroll: A valid email address is required to link to your account and accurately track points. We will provide loyalty cards for scanning, but an email address is still necessary in case you forget your card. Points cannot be adjusted after a purchase. If you have existing cards, you may choose to convert them into points in our system or keep them and use them for 10% off your total purchase. These cards will only be redeemable for 10% off until March 31st. After this date, they will no longer be valid for transfer or redemption. If you choose to transfer your existing cards to the new system, please bring and clearly write your name, email address, phone number, and loyalty card number (if you already have one). This is a one-time adjustment, so be sure to bring all cards you wish to add to your account.
Points earned and points balance will show on the bottom of customers receipt.
