Warranty Policy
We’ll help you navigate your plant’s health and early observation is often the key to success.
Our Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is our guarantee to our customers.
This Warranty covers:
- trees and shrubs purchased from Garden Supply Company
- deemed deceased, in severe decline or diagnosed fatal by Garden Supply Company
This Warranty lasts for:
- one-year from the original purchase date
This Warranty does not include:
- perennials
- annuals
- houseplants
- hanging baskets
- trees and shrubs planted in containers
Garden Supply Company reserves the right to exclude other plants not deemed “Trees and Shrubs.”
Obtaining the Warranty
First, take photos of your plants as soon as they begin to decline.
We’ll help you navigate your plant’s health and early observation is often the key to success.
Take pictures or otherwise prepare with evidence of plant decline or fatality. Sometimes we identify healthy plants adjusting to new conditions and, given early diagnosis, the outcome isn’t always fatal!
Then, contact us to apply your Warranty.
Noting your recent observations, including descriptions of plant decline or diagnosis, and any treatments,
- email warranty@gardensupplyco.com and attach photos. A member of our warranty department will respond to your request for replacement.
- bring your photos to our store at 1421 Old Apex Road in Cary and discuss with one of our qualified gardeners.
